CauVelo

How CauVelo works

For owners and guests. Three short flows and the rules behind them.

Sample venue, sample data.

The guest

  1. Finds you or scans the QR

The menu opens in their language, under your name.

  2. Reads every dish, explained

What it is, how it tastes, the price in đồng.

  3. Sets preferences once, asks the AI

Before the first message, one line says it's an AI.

  4. Sends one order for the table

Sees exactly what the staff will read, then the confirmation.

Sample venue, sample data.

Your staff

  1. The phone buzzes

Table, dishes and notes in Vietnamese, with the guest's own words.

  2. Two taps

Xác nhận, or Ra bàn hỏi lại if something isn't clear. The first tap on shift takes it.

  3. The kitchen cooks

From a confirmed order. Your cashier enters it into the POS.

Your setup, with us

  1. We enter your menu with you

Names, prices, photos, and translations you can correct.

  2. You sign the ingredients

A checklist in Vietnamese, dish by dish. “Not sure” counts as not checked.

  3. QR stands on your tables

We bring them and set them up with you.

  4. Staff join over Zalo

One invite link. Nothing to install.

What the AI does, and what it never does

It does

  • Explains your dishes in the guest's language
  • Answers questions from your menu
  • Offers only pairings you approved

It never

  • Sets a price. Prices come from your menu.
  • Puts an order through to the kitchen. Staff confirm every order.
  • Decides an allergy. That comes from the dish data you sign.

If the AI is down, the translated menu and ordering still work.

Data and privacy

Guests need no account. Preferences stay on their phone and travel only with an order.

We never sell data, and every venue sees only its own.
