Questions owners ask
A QR menu costs less. Why pay more?
A QR menu serves guests already at your table. CauVelo also brings you travellers before they choose. The price is signed before the pilot.
My staff don't speak English.
They don't need to. Orders arrive in Vietnamese with the guest's own words underneath. They tap Xác nhận, or Ra bàn hỏi lại if something isn't clear. We show your team at your venue.
We already use iPOS or KiotViet.
Keep it. We don't take payments or run the till. Your cashier enters the confirmed order into the POS as usual. We don't connect to POS systems yet.
Our Wi-Fi is bad.
Guests use their own data. If the AI is slow, the menu and ordering still work. With no signal, they tap “Show the staff” and turn the phone round: the order in big Vietnamese text.
What happens to guest data?
Guests don't need an account. Their preferences stay on their phone and are sent only with an order. We never sell data, and every venue sees only its own.
What if the AI gets it wrong, or a guest has an allergy?
Your staff see the real order in Vietnamese before anything is cooked, and allergies come only from the dish list you sign, never from the AI.
