What this website is
cauvelo.com introduces CauVelo, a service built by its two founders, Krystian (Thailand) and Patryk (Vietnam), starting in Đà Nẵng. It collects sign-ups from travellers and applications from venues. The guest app and the venue tools are not open to the public yet.
The company that will run CauVelo is not registered yet. Until it is, "we" on this page means the two founders.
The demo is a script
The demo on the home page plays a script with sample data. The venues, dishes, prices and messages in it are examples, not offers, and it doesn't use AI.
Sign-ups and applications
Signing up as a traveller or applying as a venue creates no contract and no obligation to pay, for you or for us. We may not reply to every application or offer a pilot to every venue.
Pilots
A pilot with a venue runs on a separate written agreement that both sides sign before it starts. That agreement, not this page, sets the dates, the price and who is responsible for what.
Acceptable use
When you use this site, please don't:
- try to break, overload or get around the security of the site;
- send false details, or someone else's details without their permission;
- send the forms automatically or copy the site's content with bots;
- use the forms to send spam, advertising or unlawful content.
We may block access that breaks these rules.
Our content
The CauVelo name and logo, and the text, design and code of this site, belong to CauVelo's founders. You may link to the site and quote short parts with credit. Anything else needs our written permission.
No warranty
The site, the demo and the sample data are provided as they are, for information. We work to keep them correct, but we don't promise they are complete, current or free of errors, or that the site is always available.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using this site or from relying on the demo or the sample data.
Nothing on this page limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or takes away your rights as a consumer.
Other services
Links to Zalo, WhatsApp, LINE or other services take you to their own terms and privacy rules, not ours.
Governing law
Draft: our working assumption is Vietnamese law, with disputes decided by the competent courts in Vietnam. Our lawyer has not confirmed this yet.
If you live in another country, you keep any protection its consumer law gives you.
Changes
We may update these terms as CauVelo grows. The date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using the site after a change, the new version applies.
